Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather conditions, customs procedures, transport disruptions or periods of exceptionally high demand.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where available, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your parcel throughout its journey.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Brynox cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Missed or Undeliverable Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be re-dispatched.

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will investigate the matter with the courier and work towards an appropriate resolution.
